Write

Stories are powerful. Writing is therapy. If you’ve had a healing experience with psychedelics, share it.

Why write?
Writing is an essential tool for integration. Giving words to your experiences isn’t just a way of recording what you know, the meaning-making process of reflecting on your experiences takes you deeper into them – with proven therapeutic benefits.

Through writing, you can create a pathway to the self. The deeper self. You can see things differently. You can discover new perspectives that weren’t accessible before. You can find peace, calm, forgiveness, freedom and unexpected revelations.

Whatever struggles you’ve faced – or are still facing – writing about your experiences can be an anchor for you, and a lifeline for others. Our words can heal, they can inspire, and they can bring us closer to ourselves and to each other.

Ways to share

1. Write now

Share as much or as little as you’d like. All stories are posted anonymously. Share your biggest lessons, or your whole healing journey so far. Remember it’s not about the ‘quality’ of your writing. Your healing experience holds lessons for all of us.
